Fallmark

TERMS

Terms of play

Short, because the game is free and asks for nothing. Last reviewed 3 October 2026.

Who we are

Fallmark is developed by ArcSystemsTechnology, which operates under ArcGabriel Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17389329. ArcGabriel Ltd is the business you deal with when you buy a pack, and is responsible for the data described on the privacy page. Address: Carlile Institute Business Centre, 54 Huddersfield Road, Meltham, Holmfirth HD9 4AE. Email: support@playfallmark.com — for help, a refund, or anything about these terms.

The game

Fallmark is free to play in your browser. It is provided as it is: we work hard to keep it running and fair, but we do not promise it will always be available, and the tower may change. When the tower changes, runs climbed on the old tower stop counting on the board, because they can no longer be replayed on the new one.

Fair play

Every run on the board is replayed by our server before it counts, so a run that was edited or invented does not verify. A run produced by a program rather than a person can still replay correctly; climbing with a bot, macro or script is not allowed on the board, and we may remove such runs and their handle. Do not try to overload, probe or interfere with the service.

Fair money

The game is free. What is for sale is how you look: suits, visors, scarves, trails, scar ink and badge frames, in packs listed in the Locker with every piece named before you buy. These rules do not change: nothing is sold that makes the climb easier, skips any of it, or gives anyone an advantage; there is no in-game currency, no random reward and no loot boxes; nothing is offered to you in the middle of a climb.

Buying a pack

What you buy. A pack is a licence to use the listed cosmetic pieces in Fallmark, for as long as the game runs. Prices are in pounds and include VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see your card.

Your right to cancel. A pack is digital content. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want it unlocked straight away and that you understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it is (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We record that you confirmed it.

If something is wrong. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and if it is not we will fix it, replace it or refund you. If you bought something by mistake, email support@playfallmark.com and we will usually refund it anyway; a refunded pack leaves your Locker.

Keeping what you bought. A pack belongs to your handle. When you buy one you get a restore code: keep it, because it brings the pack to another device or back after you clear this one. Forget me erases your handle, but your purchase record is kept for six years because the law requires it, and your restore code still works.

Younger players. If you are under 18, ask the person who pays the bill before you buy anything.

Your clips

Clips you make are yours to share. They show the game's own artwork and name; please do not use them to suggest we endorse something we do not.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer.
